Eric Harder
Eric Harder is the Youghiogheny Riverkeeper in Pennsylvania. His job is to defend the “Yough.” He conducts water sampling to track the source of pollution, monitor permitted discharge points, speak for the river and the communities that depend on it, and picks up lots of tires from the river. All of this could only be accomplished with the support from the rest of the Mountain Watershed Association staff, the partnership with Waterkeeper Alliance, and the loyalty of dedicated members.
